Partner agreement

The Agency is solely responsible for vehicle fulfillment and on-ground operations. This includes, without limitation:

• Vehicle ownership — legal title, right to rent, and accurate listing of each vehicle offered
• Registration certificate (RC) — valid, current RC for every vehicle listed and handed over at pickup
• Insurance — adequate motor insurance coverage as required by law and your rental policy
• Permits — all state and local permits, fitness certificates, and commercial authorisations needed to operate the vehicle
• Maintenance — roadworthy condition, servicing, cleanliness, and safety standards before every handover
• Damages — assessment, documentation, and resolution of vehicle damage, deposits, and disputes arising during or after the rental period

The rental contract at pickup is between the Agency and the customer. Arya Autosolutions does not own or operate the vehicles.

Arya Autosolutions provides technology and marketplace services, including:

• Lead generation — marketing, search visibility, and customer discovery for listed vehicles
• Booking system — enquiry flow, availability calendar, booking requests, status updates, and agency panel tools to manage fleet and trips

Arya Autosolutions facilitates bookings but does not guarantee a minimum volume of leads or revenue. Listing approval and ongoing visibility may depend on compliance with platform standards.

Subscription. The Agency may be subject to a platform subscription or listing fee as communicated during onboarding or in the agency panel. Fees, billing cycle, and plan details are confirmed in writing before activation.

Commission. Arya Autosolutions may charge a platform commission on completed bookings facilitated through the platform. The applicable rate is shown in your agency profile or onboarding terms.

Payouts. Rental payments are typically collected by the Agency at pickup unless otherwise agreed. Monthly settlements reconcile platform commission and net amounts owed, based on completed trips recorded in the system. Payouts require valid KYC and bank details on file.

Either party may end the partnership in accordance with notice terms shared at onboarding. Arya Autosolutions may suspend or terminate an Agency account immediately, without prior notice, where:

• Suspension — repeated policy violations, poor customer outcomes, invalid documents, or failure to honour confirmed bookings
• Fraud — false listings, misrepresentation of vehicles or pricing, document forgery, payment fraud, or any attempt to circumvent platform fees or customer safety

On termination, the Agency must fulfil existing confirmed bookings or arrange acceptable alternatives with customers. Outstanding commission, subscription balances, and settlement items remain payable.

The Agency agrees to comply with applicable laws, maintain accurate fleet data, respond to booking requests promptly, and treat platform customers fairly. Arya Autosolutions may update this agreement with notice; continued use of the agency panel constitutes acceptance of material updates.
