Arya Autosolutions acts as a technology and booking facilitation platform. Vehicle fulfillment and operations are handled by verified partner operators. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and store it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

When you use Arya Autosolutions, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Phone number — for account verification, booking alerts, and partner coordination.
  • Email address — for sign-in, booking confirmations, and service updates.
  • Driving license — an uploaded copy or image required to verify eligibility before a rental is confirmed.
  • Payment information — rental totals, deposit amounts, payment method (e.g. pay at pickup), and related booking payment records. Card or UPI details are not stored by Arya Autosolutions when payment is collected directly by the partner at pickup.

We also collect booking details (dates, vehicle, location) and basic usage data (such as device and log information) to operate and secure the platform.

2. How we use your data

We use your personal data only for legitimate platform purposes:

  • Creating and managing your account
  • Processing and facilitating booking requests
  • Sharing necessary trip details with the verified partner fulfilling your rental
  • Sending booking status updates, confirmations, and support responses
  • Verifying driver eligibility via your driving license
  • Recording payment method and amounts associated with your booking
  • Preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations
  • Improving platform reliability and customer experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers used to run the Arya Autosolutions platform. Account and booking records are kept in our database for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil bookings and legal requirements.

Driving license files are stored securely and retained only for active bookings, recent trips, and a limited period afterward for dispute resolution and compliance. Payment records tied to bookings are stored as transaction metadata — not full card or bank credentials when payment is handled at pickup by the partner.

4. Sharing with partners

Verified partner operators receive the information they need to fulfil your rental — such as your name, contact details, trip schedule, and driving license — so they can prepare the vehicle and complete handover. Partners are responsible for their own handling of payment at pickup under their terms.

5. Deletion and your rights

You may request the following by contacting support:

  • Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — updates to inaccurate account or contact information
  • Deletion — removal of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements for completed bookings, tax records, or active disputes

License uploads and booking-related records may be deleted or anonymised after retention periods expire. Some data may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g. completed transaction logs).
